CCPA is a 650 sq. ft dance/multipurpose studio also available for short or long-term rental. Features include: floor to ceiling
mirrors, hardwood floors, charming location in historic building, next to trolley stop, tons of natural light, excellent sound
system, A/C.
The studio also features play equipment such as hoola hoops, swings, and aerial gymnastic equipment
(all of which can be taken up off the floor to open the space if necessary). Renters may use the floor equipment upon agreement
with the owner; use of the aerial equipment requires that the owner be on premises during the rental period.
Rates
Weekdays & Weeknights (except Fridays after 5pm): $15/hr.
Friday after 5pm - Sunday 6pm: $20/hr
Use of aerial equipment (with owner on premises): $60/hr
